This is a senior client-facing role for someone who can lead strategic engagements, build trust at executive level and ensure our work creates measurable impact.

The role:
As Engagement Leader, you will guide selected client engagements from early dialogue to strategic direction and delivery impact.
You will work with clients to define what they want to achieve, why it matters and how to move forward.
You will often work with senior stakeholders, project teams and domain experts to connect business needs, processes and technology into a clear transformation path.
You may work with value assessments, pre-studies and transformation roadmaps.
You may also work with PLM vendors, resellers and partners to develop stronger industry positioning, scenario-driven offerings and value-based delivery models.
In some engagements, you will help clients move from narrow system initiatives to broader transformation. In others, you may help turn deep domain expertise into scalable industry solutions, stronger delivery models and commercial growth.
What you will do
You will lead senior client dialogues around transformation, PLM and Enterprise AI.
You will shape the direction, scope and value logic of strategic engagements.
You will guide teams so that delivery stays focused on business impact.
You will also identify new opportunities and support the continued growth of key client relationships.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience from consulting, PLM, digital transformation, enterprise systems or strategic program leadership.
You are comfortable in executive conversations, but also practical enough to move teams forward.
You understand how technology, processes and people need to work together to create lasting value.
Experience from Life Sciences, Energy, manufacturing, engineering or regulated industries is highly relevant.
Experience with Enterprise AI, Generative AI or AI-enabled transformation is a strong advantage.
Most importantly, you have the mindset of a builder. You want to create value, develop people, shape methods and contribute to a company that is still being formed.

This role may develop into a Chief Commercial Officer role depending on your background, ambition and contribution.

The role
As Commercial Leader, you will build GENTELLIGENCE’s market presence, pipeline and commercial model.
You will work closely with the founders to develop client relationships, shape opportunities and create high-value engagements.
This is not a transactional sales role. We are building trust-based advisory relationships with senior decision-makers.
You may also work externally as an advisor or consultant in commercial roles, supporting clients in strengthening their own sales capability, value propositions and go-to-market approach.
In other words, you will not only sell GENTELLIGENCE’s expertise. You may also make our clients better at selling.
This could include helping PLM vendors, resellers, consulting partners or specialist companies move from product-led messaging to scenario-driven, value-based and industry-specific growth.
What you will do
You will build relationships with CEOs, C-level executives and transformation leaders.
You will develop opportunities around PLM, Enterprise AI and business transformation.
You will shape proposals, partnerships and go-to-market initiatives.
You will also contribute to our messaging, sales methods and commercial processes as the company grows.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with strong commercial experience from consulting, technology, PLM, enterprise software or professional services.
You understand complex B2B sales, long decision cycles and value-based selling.
You are confident in senior conversations and know how to build trust before pushing solutions.
Experience from Life Sciences, Energy, manufacturing, engineering or regulated industries is highly relevant.
Experience from vendor, reseller, system integrator or consulting partner business models is also valuable.
Most importantly, you have the mindset of a builder. You want to create markets, develop relationships, shape offerings and contribute to a company with serious ambition.
