GENTELLIGENCE is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional Commercial Leader who wants to build the commercial engine of a new advisory firm.

This role may develop into a Chief Commercial Officer role depending on your background, ambition and contribution.

Our clients include end-user organizations, PLM vendors, resellers and specialist consulting partners. We work especially close to industries where products, plants, compliance and lifecycle thinking matter, such as Life Sciences, Energy and advanced manufacturing.

This is a role for someone who can open doors, build trust and turn strategic conversations into long-term client relationships.

The role

As Commercial Leader, you will build GENTELLIGENCE’s market presence, pipeline and commercial model.

You will work closely with the founders to develop client relationships, shape opportunities and create high-value engagements.

This is not a transactional sales role. We are building trust-based advisory relationships with senior decision-makers.

You may also work externally as an advisor or consultant in commercial roles, supporting clients in strengthening their own sales capability, value propositions and go-to-market approach.

In other words, you will not only sell GENTELLIGENCE’s expertise. You may also make our clients better at selling.

This could include helping PLM vendors, resellers, consulting partners or specialist companies move from product-led messaging to scenario-driven, value-based and industry-specific growth.

What you will do

You will build relationships with CEOs, C-level executives and transformation leaders.

You will develop opportunities around PLM, Enterprise AI and business transformation.

You will shape proposals, partnerships and go-to-market initiatives.

You will also contribute to our messaging, sales methods and commercial processes as the company grows.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with strong commercial experience from consulting, technology, PLM, enterprise software or professional services.

You understand complex B2B sales, long decision cycles and value-based selling.

You are confident in senior conversations and know how to build trust before pushing solutions.

Experience from Life Sciences, Energy, manufacturing, engineering or regulated industries is highly relevant.

Experience from vendor, reseller, system integrator or consulting partner business models is also valuable.

Most importantly, you have the mindset of a builder. You want to create markets, develop relationships, shape offerings and contribute to a company with serious ambition.
